Brian Turner

In working with a vast range of clients with issues large and small, from courthouse settlements to national mass tort claims, Brian D. Turner,
Jr. has discovered that most disputes are best resolved when the parties simply take the time to listen to one another. Brian founded Middle
Mediation to offer clients an affordable option to shape their conflict resolutions without the animosity that can come from prolonged litigation.
A graduate of the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, Brian received his formal training as a neutral for civil and family law
matters from Atlanta Divorce Mediators. He has been registered on the Alabama State Court Mediator Roster since 2002, is on the Better
Business Bureau panel of mediators and has served on the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Alabama State Bar. Brian is a collaborative law professional, and is a member of both the Birmingham Collaborative Alliance and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. In addition, he has also served on several Birmingham Bar Association committees, as well as national litigation committees. Brian's impartiality, knowledge of the law, experience and creativity help disputing parties come to mutual agreements to resolve business and family law issues.
